this role, you will partner with the President/CEO and Director, Health Care
Services to foster a climate, policies and routines that enable residents to
maximize their individuality, independence and dignity, with a goal of
providing residents with the highest practical level of physical, mental and
psycho-social well-being and quality of life. Provide guidance to facility
staff in matters of resident advocacy, protection and promotion of residentsf
for education and development

Worker license in good standing with the State of Iowa preferred
